Our Home Security/Safety Assessment scheme is carried out at the service user's property. Staff can identify areas where preventative measures can be put in place.
Things they will look for:-
If there are areas of any possibility of accidents or security problems are identified there will be dealt with within 24.
Once contact is made with the Leeds Black Elders Association an initial assessment will be carried out on the service user, this will determine the individual's needs.
